The Ordinary | Review's By Harrison

For a while, I have been satisfied but not for filled by my skin routine. I feel I've got a little routine going, I know what products work well, which ones I like and which ones to avoid, but I've felt like something has been missing.

I hit the internet and looked out for recommendations.
This one comes from Lily Pebbles & it's by a brand called The Ordinary.

Serums have never really been my thing. I've always wondered "What do they actually do?"... Until now.

"The Ordinary is an evolving collection of treatments offering familiar, effective clinical technologies positioned to raise pricing and communication integrity in skincare."

In other words, they're a clinical beauty brand, at a reasonable price specialising in the ingredients of products, focusing on improving the skin.... and I absolutely love it.

The Ordinary is also stocked on ASOS. Bonus.

So, let's get into the review shall we.

Out of all the products, I decided to try out the Retinol serum. Retinol is designed to reduce the signs of ageing and help with the complexion of the skin. You're supposed to use this serum as part of your evening skincare routine.

I've been using it at the end of my final cleanse. I put 2 drops of this onto my fingers and apply it all over my face. I then simply leave it on and go to bed.
I can safely say, this is the only product I have seen overnight results. The first time I put it on, I woke up in the morning and my face just looked more fresh, less red and an overall even complexion.
Also, If I miss a day, then I really notice it.

I've been trying this for about 2 weeks now and absolutely love it. I picked this up on ASOS for about £6. It's such an affordable, yet effective product.

I mean just look at everything it's 'free from'. The ingredients are so good for you, great for the skin and I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The Retinoid has absolutely no scent, I've had no reactions but I've had the best result. This is now a part of my skin routine that I could never miss.
I don't know how I went so long without it.

I'll leave the link // HERE \\ so you can go and pick it up for yourself.

Remember, a good skin routine is essential.
