Mince Pies
I'm confident with my choice of saying this is up there in my top 2 things I love about Christmas. Mince Pies. Every year, I make around 4-5 batches of these. We get through them like water in my house.
I wouldn't eat these any other time of the year. They are the epitome of Christmas.
I cannot speak highly enough of the mince pie. They are just perfection and to me, they are what makes Christmas perfect.
